Northwestern Reeves County in southwestern Texas...
Loving County in western Texas...

* Until 1030 AM CDT /930 AM MDT/.

* At 719 AM CDT /619 AM MDT/, gauge reports indicated thunderstorms
producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1
inch of rain has fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch
are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Gauges reported.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Mentone, Orla, Red Bluff Reservoir, Red Bluff and Slash Ranch.
Instructions:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.

* At 508 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain
have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches are
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
producing flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

San Antonio, New Braunfels, Schertz, Seguin, Cibolo, Converse,
Universal City, Live Oak, Selma, Castroville, San Antonio Int
Airport, Randolph AFB, Stinson Municipal Airport, Leon Valley,
Helotes, Kirby, Alamo Heights, Windcrest, Terrell Hills and Garden
Ridge.
Instructions:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Stay away or be swept away. River banks and culverts can become
