Frost is likely in some areas of northern Iowa late tonight into
early Monday morning. A few locations may reach freezing levels.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

There is a chance of thunderstorms Monday night and Tuesday. A few
strong storms could occur, but overall the severe weather threat
is limited.

Iowa, southwest Minnesota, northeast Nebraska, central South
Dakota, east central South Dakota, south central South Dakota and
southeast South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Locally elevated fire weather concerns are expected this afternoon,
especially in areas with warm season grasses which still remain
fairly cured.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Fire weather concerns continue through the upcoming week with dry
conditions and occasionally windy periods. Monday, Tuesday and
Thursday appear to see the highest threats for elevated fire weather
conditions.

Tuesday stands out as the day with highest risk for elevated to near
critical fire weather conditions.
