mph. Visibility reduced to as low as one quarter mile or less at
times.
Where:
Kuskokwim Delta and Western Capes.
When:
Until 3 PM AKST Monday.
Impacts:

blowing snow. Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing
snow could significantly reduce visibility. Gusty winds could blow
around unsecured objects.
Additional Details:
Whiteout conditions will be possible at times
from this afternoon through this evening due to strong winds and
heavy snow. Winds decrease tonight into Monday morning, so
visibilities on Monday will likely drop no lower than one-half to
one mile in snow and blowing snow.
Instructions: A Blizzard Warning means severe winter weather conditions are
expected or occurring. Falling and blowing snow with strong winds
and poor visibilities are likely. This will lead to whiteout
