- At 608 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated at times moderate to heavy rainfall. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen across portions of the advisory area. - Additional rainfall amounts up to around 1 inch are possible over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Beloit, Superior, Hebron, Downs, Mankato, Deshler, Cawker City, Glen Elder, Jewell, Davenport, Bruning, Chester, Tipton, Alexandria, Hardy, Ruskin, Asherville, Formoso, Carleton and Simpson. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
