At 32.0 feet, Green River Ferry closes to all traffic due to high
water.
At 42.0 feet, Echo River Spring Trail and parking lot are under
water and not accessible.

- At 8:00 PM CST Thursday the stage was 27.1 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 20.0 feet.

use caution in the water and along the banks of the river,
especially near Cody Park.

- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 356.7
feet this evening. It will then rise to 360.2 feet early
Wednesday morning. Additional rises are possible thereafter.

* IMPACTS...At 366.0 feet, In Perry County, parts of Crooked Creek
Road near the river are flooded, along with the camping area at
the mouth of Crooked Creek. In Mousetail Landing State Park,
campsites in the park and the parking area at Spring Creek Landing
are flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 12:00 PM CST Thursday the stage was 358.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
Monday afternoon and continue rising to a crest of 366.0 feet
early Wednesday afternoon.
- Action stage is 362.0 feet.

FLOOD ADVISORY FOR AN ICE JAM NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON MST FRIDAY


* WHAT...Flooding caused by an ice jam continues.

* WHERE...For the Ennis Lions Club Park, in Ennis, MT.

* WHEN...Until noon MST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding will occur in the Ennis Lions Club Park
along the Madison River, eastward to Odell Creek.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1104 AM MST, emergency management reported an ice jam was
causing minor flooding in the Ennis Lions Club Park on the
Madison River. The ice jam continues to slowly grow, and is
now affecting areas as far east as Odell Creek.
- Flooding impacts will continue until the ice jam breaks.
Additionally, there is the potential that the ice could start
to cause water to flow over Highway 287. If this occurs,
please turn around, do not drive through flooded roadways.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Ennis Lions Club Park.
