Eastern Cochise County below 5000 feet, Upper Gila River
Valley, Upper San Pedro River Valley, and Upper Santa Cruz River

Impacts:
Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
